In this section, you’ll find website upgrades to get the word out!
Lastly, let's get your Website showing your new benefits and value!
Steps:
1. Add the banner below to your Front Page, Benefits page, or Travel Page
Set this up yourself or send it to your web desiger and start converting more visitors!
2. Print up a dest sign to collect reviews from visitors
3. Print a poster to remind everyone and advertize to everyone in your gym that you are part of the network
4. Shirts: a fun and easy way to earn loyalty and brand awareness
#1 LET YOUR PROSPECTS KNOW!
Your front page is the place that 90% of your potential new members make their buying decision. So the greater value you can demonstrate in the first few moments, the greater the chance you'll grab their attention and get them to click that contact button.
Two ways to leverage your new extra value to your prospects and let them know that joining YOUR gym grants them access to the national Network of gyms they can utilize while traveling:
- Embed one of these images on your main page to show increased value for prospects. You can have it link directly to https://theboxexchange.co/Affiliate-Member and we'll let them know all about the added value of joining your gym.
- And/Or you can add to/build your own benefits page using something like this:

#2 Ask for REVIEWs
It is OK to ask for reviews...
Fun fact: The gyms that ask every Athlete for a review are the gyms with the most reviews... and the gyms with the most reviews are the gyms with the most members... you do the math...
Make A Sign!!
Take this simple sign to the right, use Canva to add you logo, and a QR code that send people straight to your review page (be logged in with the Google account that manages your business profile, Google your gym, scroll down the right hand column to find "get more reviews" - that's the one you want).
Make this sign look AWESOME and put it somewhere really easy to see when your athletes have their phone handy.
3 Ways to make this happen...
- Make it today with the file in the download --> (print it at staples 8 1/2 x 11 and grab a frame while you're there)
- Have it custom made from a local shop like the one in the example picture below
- Use an Etsy option: ETSY
#3 post a poster
Boost your gym’s value and revenue with this full-sized poster! It’s a reminder to your members that they already have access to BoxEx benefits, including free drop-ins at partner gyms nationwide. Plus, it’s an easy way to introduce visitors to BoxEx!

Download the poster now, print it up at Staples - 11x17 on the good paper, hand write your discount code in sharpie, and display it in a high-traffic spot where visitors and members alike can see it.

#4 Annual "Review for a Shirt" Event
Make reviews a fun, recurring tradition!
Every year, run a special event where members get a free exclusive gym t-shirt in exchange for leaving a review. A new design each year keeps members engaged and motivated to participate.
Giving out a new shirt to the whole community is such a killer promotion!
- Makes people feel valued -> Everyone likes getting free things and they like the people that give it to them!! Even if you're not an "I do it for the community" kind of person... From a simple utilitarian viewpoint, if just a handful people stay just a month or two longer because they like you a little bit more, it pays for every shirt for every athlete!
- Non-stop walking billboards -> People look at what other people are wearing around town... making your gym name pop up in front of more people's eyes more frequently builds trust, builds awareness, and makes you the go-to when people are seeking a new gym.
Make an event out of it!
Could be an annaversary, could be the Open, Christmas, could be springtime... whatever...
